生酮 法式鹹派 LOW CARB QUICHE ~利用杏仁粉+椰子粉製作的派皮就跟傳統麵粉做的一樣酥鬆可口,以菠菜、培根、油漬番茄乾、莫札瑞拉起司當作內餡,有蔬菜又有蛋白質,淋上香濃蛋奶液,最後撒上牽絲的莫札瑞拉起司,在烤培的時候滿屋生香~ 不管當早餐、午餐、下午茶、甚至派對點心都很適合!
